CNC Polygraph, Inc. has been in business since 1999, and provides clinical polygraph services throughout the Southern California area. Utilizing the latest in computerized polygraph instrumentation, CNC Polygraph, Inc. specializes in providing Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing (PCSOT) and Immigration Credibility Assessment Examinations (I-CARE).

Polygraph examinations are used to VERIFY THE TRUTH, rather than the general misconception of being a “lie-detector”. It is commonly used as an investigative tool for pre-employment needs, in suspected criminal investigations, domestic concerns, clinical settings, and in many other instances when the verification of the truth is needed.

Clinical polygraph examinations are a specialized area within the polygraph profession. Clinical examiners have received additional training in providing Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing and are certified by the American Polygraph Association to provide such sex offender testing. In addition, we are an Immigration Credibility Assessment Registered Examiner (I-CARE Registry #0014).

CNC Polygraph, Inc. is committed to the use of the Containment Approach when dealing with post-conviction sex offenders. There are four distinct types of PCSOT examinations. Each takes from 2 to 3 hours to complete. Specific areas of concern will be discussed with the requesting agency in advance and testing may be custom tailored to address those concerns. Types of PCSOT Exams

Candee is certified by the American Polygraph Association as a Post-Conviction Sex Offender Testing (PCSOT) Instructor. She is the PCSOT Instructor at the Arizona School of Polygraph Science. She teaches basic 40 hour PCSOT classes and also has an advanced PCSOT Update class which is approved for 30 hours CEU credit. PCSOT Classes

I-CARE examinations are used in immigrations cases regarding asylum, violence against women, adjustment of status, marriage fraud, terrorism, and human trafficking. Each examination takes from 2 to 3 hours to complete. Specific areas of concern will be discussed with the requestor in advance and testing may be custom tailored to address those concerns. Examinations may be completed at the location of the requesting agency’s office, an attorney’s office, or at our office in San Bernardino, California. Verbal results are provided upon the conclusion of testing, with a full written report within 2 working days.
